Fostering a sense of belonging is essential to student development and happens when personal connections are built, when students are acknowledged for their individual stories and interests

Students are active participants in their education, as their agency and natural curiosity are respected.

Data-Driven Instruction

Assessment data is used to inform instructional practices to meet the needs of students.

Reflection

Reflection enhances self-awareness and allows teachers and students to make changes to practices while coming to a clearer understanding of the reasons behind their choices.
